Please send us an email at help@shopfysera.com with your name and order number as soon as possible to rectify it. Once the order is shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address. In that event contact directly the shipping carrier to update your address. If the package is returned to us please note that resending it will incur a shipping fee.

Please note that Fysera is not liable for lost or stolen package or packages stolen after being marked as delivered. If your package is lost or stolen please file a claim with the shipping carrier and send us your claim information so that we can provide any shipping evidence we have to support your claim if needed.
- An item from my order arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you received a damaged item please send an email to help@shopfysera.com within 3 days of receiving it so that we can exchange it for you.
